Biography
2011-12: Split his second consecutive professional season between the Elmira Jackals (ECHL) and Binghamton Senators (AHL)… Established new AHL career highs in goals (five), assists (six), points (11) and games played (53)… Appeared in all but one of the Jackals nine post-season contests recording two points (two goals), including the game-winning-goal in the series-deciding Game 5 win over Reading on April 9, and 26 penalty minutes.
2010-11: Split his first professional campaign between the Elmira Jackals (ECHL) and Binghamton… Made his professional debut with Binghamton on Oct. 16 at Syracuse… Recorded his first point (an assist) and the first multi-point (two assists) game of his AHL career on Feb. 23 in a 4-1 home win over Wilkes-Barre/Scranton… Tallied his first AHL goal in an eventual 3-2 SO loss vs. Rochester on Feb. 26.
2009-10: Sustained a shoulder injury in an Ottawa 67’s (OHL) exhibition game at Kingston on Aug. 30 which limited him to 27 regular season contests … Made his regular season debut on Jan. 8 vs. Belleville, scoring once in a 5-1 Ottawa victory … Upon return from injury, appeared in team’s remaining 27 regular season games and all 12 playoff contests … Scored four goals, including the game-winner and two shorthanded markers as the 67’s eliminated Niagara in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal series on March 28 … Ranked first among 67’s in post-season goals (nine) and penalty minutes (tie) while finishing third in overall team scoring with 12 points.
