Biography
2011-12: Completed his second professional season with Binghamton establishing new professional career highs in goals (11), assists (17), points (28) and penalty minutes (92)… Ranked eighth among B-Sens in scoring and was fourth in penalty minutes… Established a professional individual game career-high with four points (two goals, two assists) before being recognized as the game’s first star in a 7-4 home win over Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Jan. 28… Has only missed nine regular season games over two professional seasons with Binghamton.
2010-11: Made his professional debut with Binghamton tallying 20 points (six goals, 14 assists) and 57 penalty minutes in 75 games… Ranked fourth among B-Sens’ rookies in scoring… Made his professional debut in a 2-1 B Sens’ loss at Syracuse on Oct. 16… Registered his first professional point (an assist) in a 4-3 loss at Albany on Nov. 27 and scored his first professional goal in a 2-1 home win over Rochester on Jan. 8… Appeared in 14 of the team’s 23 post-season contests (including two Finals’ games vs. Houston) to help the B-Sens capture the Calder Cup.
2009-10: Completed his first season in the British Columbia Hockey League with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs, tallying 74 points (21 goals, 53 assists) while appearing in 57 games … Ranked third among Bulldogs and 11th (tie) among BCHL players in scoring … Recorded 26 multi-point games, including one five point effort … Led Alberni Valley and finished seventh in the league in post-season scoring … Signed an entry-level contract with Ottawa on April 6.
