Biography

Career Notes

Enters his fourth professional season in 2012-13. Hedden signed a standard AHL contract with the Texas Stars on 6/14/12. He made his professional debut with the Toldedo Walleye (ECHL) on 10/16/09 vs. Florida and recorded his first pro point with an assist on 10/17/09 against Florida. Hedden made his AHL debut with the Grand Rapids Griffins on 1/22/11 vs. Chicago and then tallied his first career AHL point with an assist against Texas on 3/25/11 at Cedar Park Center. He made his Stars debut on 10/9/11 vs. Oklahoma City and notched his first point fort Texas with a goal on 11/26/11 vs. Houston. He played four years of Division III college hockey for Neumann University of the ECAC-West conference (2005-2009). During his senior season Hedden helped Neumann win the 2009 NCAA D-III National Championship, the first in school history.
