Biography
CAREER: 2010-11: Opened his fourth season in the WHL with Prince Albert…Appeared in 44 games for the Raiders, tallying 23 points (3g, 20a) before being traded to the Seattle Thunderbirds (WHL)… Scored two goals and 10 assists for 12 points in 25 games with Seattle… Signed by Providence to Amateur Tryout Agreement after scoring 12 points (2g, 10a) in 25 game for Seattle (WHL) (5g, 30a in 69 WHL games overall)…Made professional debut on March 29, 2011… tallied one assist and two penalty minutes in seven games with the P-Bruins… Signed entry-level contract with Boston on May 4…2009-10: Button set career highs in goals (6) and penalty minutes (46) in 67 games played for the Raiders… He finished the season at +9…2008-09: In his sophomore season, Button set career highs in assists (32) and points (37) in 70 games played with Prince Albert... 2007-08: In his first season with Prince Albert (WHL), the defenseman registered eight assists and 30 penalty minutes in 58 games.
