Biography

Career Notes

Enters his second full professional season in 2012-13. Glennie appeared in 70 games for Texas during his rookie season (2011-12) and he finished tied for third on the team in assists (23) and fifth in points (37). He was drafted by Dallas in the 1st round (8th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft and he signed a three-year entry level contract with the Stars on 7/13/10. He made his NHL debut with Dallas on 4/7/12 vs. St. Louis. Glennie played four years for the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League, racking up 308 points (121 goals, 187 assists) in 252 career WHL games. He helped the Wheat Kings reach the 2010 Memorial Cup tournament and he won a bronze medal with Team Canada in the 2008 Ivan Hlinka Memorial tournament.
