Biography
Career Notes
Enters his first full professional season in 2012-13, also his first season of hockey in North America. Nemeth was drafted by Dallas in the second round (41st overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. He has played the last two seasons with AIK in the Swedish Elitserien (Swedish Elite League) as a junior-aged player. Nemeth signed a three-year entry level contract with Dallas on 4/21/11, but was loaned back to AIK for the 2011-12 season. He won a gold medal with Team Sweden at the 2012 IIHF World Junior Championship in Alberta; it was Sweden’s first WJC gold medal since 1981 and their second in team history. Nemeth also represented Sweden at the 2011 World Juniors in Buffalo, New York, the 2010 IIHF Under-18 World Junior Championship in Saskatchewan and the 2010 World Junior-A Challenge in British Columbia.
