Biography
2011-12: Named the winner of the Guldhjälmen, as the Most Valuable Player voted by the players in the Swedish Elite League (SEL) for the 2011-12 regular season, and Guldpucken as Player of the Year in Sweden… Finished the season with 24 goals and 54 points in 49 games, ranking second in the SEL scoring race…Set a new SEL record for goals scored by a single player in the playoffs (13)… Made his NHL debut on April 23 in game six of the Eastern Conference quarter-final series vs. the NY Rangers.
