2014-15: Completed his first full professional season … Tied for fourth on the team with 30 points and ranked third with 19 assists … Was second among team rookies in goals (11), assists and points … Led the team and ranked fourth among AHL rookies with 174 shots on goal … Ranked second among team rookies in power-play points (eight) … Was one of just two Checkers (Trevor Carrick) and 24 AHL players to play in all 76 games … Scored the Checkers’ first goal of the season and his first as a professional on the power play and was plus-2 in the season opener, a 6-3 loss at MIL (10/10) … Opened the scoring and added an assist for his first multi-point game as a pro at IA (10/24) … Fired a season-high seven shots on goal, which he would go on to tie once more this season, at IA (10/25) … Had an assist and scored the game-winning goal, his first as a pro, with 1:30 remaining in regulation in a 5-4 win vs. MIL (11/29) … Opened the scoring with his fourth goal of the season vs. SA (12/21) … Again opened the scoring to extend his goal/point streak to a season-best three games (3g, 0a) vs. OKC (12/28) … Had the lone assist on Brendan Woods’ game-winner with 5:55 remaining in regulation vs. GR (1/8) … Opened the scoring just 4:14 into the first period for his seventh goal of the season at LE (2/10) … Had his first multi-assist game of the season with a pair of helpers In a 4-2 win vs. NOR (3/8) … Scored on the power play in a 2-1 win at OKC (3/14) … Recorded four points (1g, 3a), tying the Checkers’ season high also set that night by Trevor Carrick, in the season finale at GR (4/18).
