2008-09 Season: Made his NHL debut with the Tampa Bay Lightning versus Pittsburgh on March 3, 2009…Recorded zero points and zero penalty minutes in two games with Tampa Bay…Recorded 52 points (26-26=52) and 95 penalty minutes in 69 games with the AHL’s Norfolk Admirals…His 52 points ranked fourth on Norfolk…His 26 goals were second and 26 assists were tied for third on the team…His two shorthanded goals was tied for first on Norfolk…Named to the 2009 Canadian AHL All-Star Team on January 6, 2009 and recorded one assist in the game (January 26, 2009 in Worcester)…Recorded a hat trick against Binghamton on April 10, 2009…Had a five-game goal streak (eight goals) from February 14-20, 2009…Had a five-game point streak (3-4=7) from October 10-24, 2008.
