DRAFTED: Selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the 2nd round, 37th overall, in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. 2006-2007 HIGHLIGHTS: Tallied his first-career AHL hat trick and was named the game’s first star on Nov. 21 vs. Manitoba (5-4 L) ... Recorded two five-game scoring streaks, from Nov. 18-28 with eight points (4-4-8) and from Feb. 9-28 with another eight points (2-6-8) ... Had a goal on Jan. 3 vs. Iowa (4-3 OTW) and became the Bulldogs’ all-time franchise leader in games played with 238, passing Jason Chimera who appeared in 237 contests with Hamilton ... Posted his 20th tally of the season on Jan. 26 vs. SAN (3-2 W), marking the first time in his professional career that he reached the 20-goal plateau ...
