This week’s #AHLFanFriday winner is Amanda Irvin along with her family, life-long Hershey Bears fans. They say hockey brings people closer together and Amanda’s family is no exception.
Our family has to be one of the biggest fans of the Hershey Bears. Our two children, Jaden and London, love going to the games and cheering for their Bears! We have season tickets and also try to travel to as many of their away games as our schedules allow. Some of our favorite family memories have taken place at Bears hockey games.This past season we traveled up to Toronto to see them play the Marlies in the Semi-finals. As soon as the season ends we begin the countdown until the season starts again.
When I asked Jaden how excited he was for the upcoming season he said he couldn’t wait for the season to start so the Bears can win the Calder Cup this year! Jaden plays for the Hershey Junior Bears hockey team and his dream is to one day play for the "Big Bears."
We love the Bears and all they do for the community of Hershey.
