SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that Grand Rapids Griffins left wing Trevor Parkes has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of a boarding incident in a game at Rockford on Jan. 11.
Parkes will miss Grand Rapids’ game Wednesday (Jan. 16) at Charlotte.

The American Hockey League today announced that Syracuse Crunch right wing Richard Panik has been suspended for three (3) games as a consequence of an interference incident in a game vs. Rochester on Jan. 12.
Panik will miss Syracuse’s games Friday (Jan. 18) at Rochester, Saturday (Jan. 19) vs. Lake Erie and Jan. 25 vs. Binghamton.
