Rochester (0-1-0-0) welcomes Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (0-1-0-1) to the Blue Cross Arena tonight for the Americans’ 56th home opener… Both teams come in looking for their first win of the season, after the Amerks dropped a 5-2 decision in Hamilton and the Penguins lost at home to Hershey (3-2) and Connecticut (1-0, SO)… Colin Stuart led Rochester with a goal and eight shots in Saturday’s loss, while Jonathan Parker scored a goal in his professional debut for the Amerks… Zack Kassian picked up an assist, the first pro point for the former first-round draft pick (13th overall in 2009)… Penguins goalie Scott Munroe made 23 saves and earned a shutout on Sunday but was on the losing end of Wilkes-Barre’s 1-0 shootout decision to the Whale… The Penguins swept last year’s four-game season series with Rochester and have won five straight meetings overall… The Amerks’ first-ever home game was Oct. 14, 1956, a 2-2 tie with the Cleveland Barons.
