Bulldogs to play pair in Montreal

The Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, announced today that the club will play two games at Bell Centre in Montreal this season.

The first game will be played on Fri., Nov. 18, when the ‘Dogs host the Binghamton Senators for a 7:30 p.m. game. The second will be played on Fri., Feb. 24, as the Bulldogs welcome the St. John’s IceCaps to Bell Centre for a 7:30 p.m. game.

These will be the Bulldogs’ seventh and eighth games at Bell Centre in the team’s history. Details regarding ticket sales for these games will be announced at a later date.

Last season, 13,267 fans attended the Nov. 10, 2010, game when the Bulldogs defeated the Senators, 5-2, at Bell Centre. The second game played last season at Bell Centre was on Feb. 25, 2011, when Hamilton downed the Adirondack Phantoms, 4-1, in front of 14,809 fans.
