Blues re-sign Cracknell

The St. Louis Blues, parent club of the AHL’s Chicago Wolves, announced today that the club has re-signed forward Adam Cracknell to a one-year contract.

Cracknell, 27, dressed in 20 games for the Blues this past season, posting six points (two goals, four assists) to go along with a plus-3 rating. In addition, the 6-foot-2, 210-pound forward appeared in 49 AHL games for the Peoria Rivermen, ranking third on the club with 33 points (17 goals, 16 assists).

Overall, Cracknell has appeared in three NHL seasons, totaling 14 points (six goals and eight assists) in 46 career games.

The Prince Albert, Sask., native was originally signed by the Blues as a free agent on July 23, 2009.
