Yann Danis reached a pair of career milestones on Saturday night while backstopping the St. John’s IceCaps to victory.

Danis earned the 200th regular-season win of his AHL career while appearing in his 400th regular-season game, making 24 saves in the IceCaps’ 4-2 triumph over the Hartford Wolf Pack at Mile One Centre.

Danis is the 16th AHL goaltender ever with 400 games, and the 14th with 200 wins.

Danis signed with St. John’s on Oct. 17, 2016, beginning his 13th pro season. The Lafontaine, Que., native is a three-time AHL All-Star and was also a member of Hamilton’s Calder Cup championship team in 2006-07.

He has also appeared in 55 NHL games with New Jersey, Edmonton, the N.Y. Islanders and Montreal.
