Leafs’ MacDonald suspended

The American Hockey League announced today that St. John’s Maple Leafs right wing Jason MacDonald has been suspended for three (3) regular season games as a result of receiving a match penalty in a December 4, 2004 AHL game in Syracuse.

MacDonald will miss St. John’s game tonight and Wed., Dec. 8 both versus Grand Rapids in addition to the Maple Leafs’ game on Fri., Dec. 10 versus Portland.
