Olson tricks Rampage past Ducks

Josh Olson capped a hat trick with 17 seconds in regulation, then scored on his shootout attempt to help San Antonio post a 5-4 win over Cincinnati on Sunday evening.

The Rampage rallied from an early three-goal deficit to earn two big points in the West Division standings.

The Mighty Ducks exploded for four power-play goals in the first period, converting on each of their first four man advantages. Chris Kunitz and Pierre Parenteau each had a goal and two assists as Cincinnati opened up a 4-1 lead 13:22 into the game.

Chris Nielsen added a goal and an assist for San Antonio, and Petr Taticek and Jay Bouwmeester recorded two assists apiece.

Patrick DesRochers stopped 18 of 19 shots in relief of Travis Scott to earn the win in goal.
