The Edmonton Road Runners on Monday acquired forward Eric Beaudoin on loan from the San Antonio Rampage in exchange for forward Joe Cullen.
Beaudoin, a 6-foot-5, 220-pound native of Ottawa, is in his fifth AHL season. The 24-year-old Beaudoin has recorded six goals and four assists for 10 points in 32 games with the Rampage this year, and has totaled 60 goals and 75 assists for 135 points in 226 career AHL contests with San Antonio, Utah and Louisville.
Beaudoin has also played 53 career NHL games with Florida Panthers, collecting 11 points and 41 penalty minutes.
Cullen, 23, is in his second pro season out of Colorado College. In 30 games with Edmonton, he has recorded three goals and nine assists for 12 points.
Cullen registered 14 goals and 16 assists in 69 AHL games with Toronto as a rookie in 2003-04.
