Norfolk making move in East

Rookie Matt Keith scored twice and Carsen Germyn tallied the winning goal in the third period as Norfolk moved into fourth place in the East Division with a 4-2 victory over Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Saturday night.

The Admirals have won three in a row and are 6-1-1-0 in their last eight outings.

Ajay Baines added an empty-net shorthanded goal to cap the scoring. Matt Ellison recorded two assists, and Adam Munro stopped 18 shots to earn the win in net.

Norfolk moved a point ahead of idle Binghamton and five clear of the Penguins in the East. The Admirals third-place Hershey by seven points.
