Wolves sign Trupp to AHL deal

The Chicago Wolves announced Thursday that they have signed center Evan Trupp to an American Hockey League contract for the 2015-16 season.

Trupp, 27, spent last season with the AHL’s Worcester Sharks, ranking second on the team in goals (16) and points (40) while appearing in 72 regular-season games.

The Anchorage, Alaska, native made his AHL debut during the 2013-14 season, notching one goal and six assists for seven points in 17 games with the Abbotsford Heat.
