Canucks re-sign AHL All-Star Boucher

The Vancouver Canucks announced today that the club has re-signed forward Reid Boucher to a one-year, two-way deal.

Boucher split last season between Vancouver and Utica, leading the AHL Comets in scoring with 25 goals and 21 assists for 46 points in 45 games. He also tallied three goals in three games during the 2018 Calder Cup Playoffs, and represented the Comets at the 2018 AHL All-Star Classic held in Utica.

The 24-year-old Boucher made 20 appearances with the Canucks last season, recording three goals and two assists. In 132 career NHL games with Vancouver, Nashville and New Jersey, Boucher has totaled 20 goals and 22 assists for 42 points.

Originally a fourth-round pick by New Jersey in the 2011 NHL Draft, Boucher has skated in 214 AHL games with Utica, Milwaukee and Albany, totaling 88 goals and 68 assists for 156 points.
