Monarchs one win away from Conference Finals

Patrick O’Sullivan scored two goals and added an assist to help Manchester win its second straight game and take a 3 games to 2 series lead with a 4-3 win over the Providence Bruins at Verizon Wireless Arena on Saturday.

Jason LaBarbera helped the Monarchs improve their record to 4-2 at home with a 29-save performance in Game 5.

Marty Murray goal and an assist for Manchester while defenseman Oleg Tverdovsky added two assists in the win.

Jeff Hoggan, Nate DiCasmirro and David Krejci all tallied in the loss for Providence, who return home to the Dunkin Donuts Center on Monday to try and even the series and force a decisive Game 7.
